Prefabricated concrete mass construction projects

• Traffic police stations (production and execution of zero to one hundred and 51 buildings of the road police station, all prefabricated concrete, heat and sound insulation with a facade of colored concrete brick design and stone design and nano-coating, with the total infrastructure of about 30243 square meters)

The Roads and Transportation Organization took on the task of reconstructing and renovating the country’s traffic police stations to uniform the country’s checkpoints in 2015, following extensive research and technical expertise with an architect based on new engineering methods of design, production, transportation, installation, joinery, and equipment. Each road police station was constructed during a 120-day period, during which 30 workshops operated concurrently. The prefabricated system was chosen for the following reasons: speed of construction, reduction of atmospheric influences during construction, increased quality of structural elements due to industrial production quality control, and most importantly, high resistance to earthquakes and a secure location to conduct forecasting operations for the continuation of passive defense programs, as well as reducing the thickness of the walls and increasing the structure’s usefulness, thermal and acoustic insulation capability, increasing the strength and life of the building, easy transport capability.
