About us

Khooneh Engineering Company (Private Joint Stock Company) was founded in Isfahan province in 1983 with registration number 484. According to the rules and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, this company’s primary operations are as follows: Design, manufacture, and installation of all prefabricated and prefabricated concrete and metal structures, apartment construction, mass construction, settlements, multi-story car parks, halls, and multi-story industrial sheds, water tanks, oil storage tanks, and gas, concrete and metal bridges and underpasses, offshore structures, airport structures, and facilities. Also, tunnel and pile fortifications, heavy structures, prefabricated fence barriers, and other civil and industrial projects are exported or given technical engineering services to other countries.

The company holds a production identification card with a minimum capacity of 50,000 cubic meters of precast concrete, 30,000 tons of precast steel, and 50,000 cubic meters of prestressed concrete, including hollow-core beams and columns, issued by the Ministry of Industries and Mines under the operating license number 104/16902/1329951. It also has the rank of the mass builder from the Mass Builders Guild Association, the rank of building and five water, five oil and gas, and EPC from the Vice President for Strategic Planning and Supervision, and the national approval of C30 Concrete Partner Laboratory from Iran’s Institute of Standards and Industrial Research. With four decades of successful experience and utilizing technology and engineering capabilities in the field of calculation, design, molding, and production of prefabricated parts under special supervision, as well as the latest technology in the prefabricated industry, the company has achieved self-sufficiency in its design and production, including the requirement for plan symmetry, the architectural and structural form, and the height and facade of the building. Khooneh Engineering Company is now prepared to manufacture and supply structures with any design and facade in the shortest possible time, with the highest quality, and at the most reasonable price, by all national building regulations, 2800 earthquake regulations, and Iranian concrete regulations (ABA), ACI (American Concrete Institute), and PCI (Precast and Prestressed Concrete Institute).

The following are some of the advantages of prefabrication:

The prefabricated industry manufactures structural components such as foundations, columns, main and secondary beams, and roofing in a factory setting under strict supervision and quality control. It then transports them to the building site for installation and construction.

The demand for a prefabricated industry is considerable in developing countries in danger of earthquakes, floods, and other natural calamities and needs temporary or permanent housing in the near term.

  • Excellent quality control due to the particular circumstances of factory production by an experienced team and a well-equipped company laboratory that collaborates with the standard organization.
  • Fire resistance. Without a fireproof coating, steel buildings attain a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius in less than ten minutes and lose 50% of their strength.
  • Prefabricated buildings are more cost-effective than in-situ concrete and steel structures because they need less labor in the workshop. Depending on the size, construction plan, and projected execution time, prefabricated structures may be constructed by a team of five persons.
  • Significant time and cost savings during building and operation are not permitted in cold locations below 5 ° C or tropical regions with temperatures over 30-32 ° C, regardless of atmospheric or geographical limits. As a result, construction is difficult because building time is restricted in certain locations. Additionally, the maximum height for concreting is 120 cm, and a concrete mixer cannot be passed in tough places. Thus, prefabrication is the ideal alternative for high-quality buildings in a short period in these places. It allows for regulated factory conditions, temperature management of concrete and processing, and minimizes workshop labor.
  • This company has had a lot of success building buildings in a short amount of time in the winter and on the impenetrable frontiers of our beautiful nation, which will be discussed in the projects section later.
  • High flexibility in dividing interior spaces due to increased free opening and reduced number of columns in production structures and creating different architectural designs in the company’s structural plan so that the polygonal or circular plan can be produced and executed without significantly increasing cost and time. • With greater flexibility in the division of interior spaces due to an increase in free space and a reduction in the number of columns in production structures, as well as different architectural designs in the structural plan, the company has been able to create a polygonal or circular plan without significantly increasing the cost and time to produce and run. • After the structure has ceased to be useful, the components can separate, preserving the original capital and even increasing it with the increased value of the components through time. Moreover, it contributes to environmental protection by avoiding building waste due to its demolition.
